As you may or may not know, I was hired by a victim of Nathen Barton who shall remain nameless. This victim scoured all the court records and got me all the contact information of every single one of Nathen Barton’s victims.
Through my own independent research, I found a company called NW Debt Resolution. (You can Google “Nathen Barton NW Debt Resolution Peter Schneider” to get the actual correct URL).
I found out that Barton has a gay lover named Peter Schneider.
Now let me be super clear: It looks like Nathen Barton has a gay lover named Peter Schneider. I don’t know if this is true. Honestly, I don’t know if this is true or not.
But there has to be some kind of explanation on why an attorney named Peter Schneider—who owns a debt settlement company called NW Debt Resolution—would actually be friends with a professional scammer like Barton.
Barton has been named a serial litigator. If you wanted to sue Barton for wire fraud under the charge of vexatious litigator (VEXATIOUS litigator), you could probably easily win.
You see, Barton gets multiple phone numbers that aren’t his primary phone number. Barton then sues under the TCPA Act and commits wire fraud because he is inducing fraudulent activities over state lines. That makes it mail fraud, that makes it wire fraud, that makes it a federal offense.
I am willing to bet money that Nathen Barton and Peter Schneider must be lovers. There’s just no other explanation for it.
Unless Barton has nude photos of Schneider or something like that that he’s holding over his head.
