Notorious serial litigator—and yes, we’ll spell it correctly for Mr. Troutman—N-a-t-h-e-n Barton, just lost. Not only did he lose his lawsuit to Walmart, but it looks like he lost his appeal too.
Hallelujah, there is a God.
As I keep researching Nathen Barton, as I was hired to do, I was starting to lose faith in humanity. The reason? I have no idea how this professional scammer has been using the court system to legally extort money from legitimate US businesses and individuals.
First thing, I don’t even live in your country, and I have never shopped at a Walmart, but I am now a gigantic fan of Walmart, LOL.
The only thing I can tell you is that there must be a God. Or there must be karma. Or justice.
Mr. Barton—Nate, Nathen, whatever you prefer—is somebody who should never even be able to file a lawsuit. However, it seems like in America, that’s not even allowed because if that were the case and something really legitimately happened to you, you’d never be able to file that suit. So, apparently, you’re not able to stop people from filing new lawsuits.
However, I hope articles like this help you defend yourself against professional scammers and serial litigators like Nathen Barton.

I don’t know Mr. Troutman. I’ve reached out to him for a comment before, and he’s never responded, but he sure seems to know his stuff.
If you’re looking for anybody to defend you against Nathen Barton, I think Troutman is a good choice. However, he is extremely expensive.
There are significantly less expensive options, and I will provide you with a list in one of my future articles. But for now, enjoy the reading and enjoy the fact that for a long time, these guys were allowed to win. But it looks like people are finally taking a stance and the tide is turning.
